Live at the Marquee in Cork is back! Following its move last year, the venue remains at the former Tedcastle’s Yard on Centre Park Road for at least the next three summers. Meanwhile, the original site is undergoing construction to house over 1,000 new apartments.

How do I get to the Marquee?

From the city centre, it’s approximately a seven-minute drive to Live at the Marquee in light traffic.

If you prefer to walk, it’s around 30 minutes from the city centre, or 15 minutes from Ballintemple.

Traveling from the city, turn left at the Albert Road roundabout onto Centre Park Road and continue until you see the iconic yellow and blue tent.

What times do Marquee gigs start and finish?

The venue gates open at 6.30pm. While start times vary, main acts typically take the stage between 8.30pm and 9pm, with sets usually concluding by 10.30pm.

    What about parking?

Parking is limited in the area. However, the current location offers 300 bookable spaces via ticketmaster.ie for €12 per car (increased from €9 last year), plus a €2.20 service fee. While attendants may accept payment on the day if space permits, advance purchase via Ticketmaster is strongly recommended due to high demand and sold-out shows.

The parking entrance, coming from the city, is just past the pedestrian entrance on Centre Park Road.

Is there a Ticketmaster office at the Marquee?

Yes, the Ticketmaster kiosk is located after the pedestrian gate, en route to the main entrance.

    Food and drink?

Remember to bring your bank card, as the Marquee operates as a cashless venue. Drinks are available at the bars inside the tent as well as at an outdoor bar area.

Food vans are onsite, and you can also find a variety of food stalls within walking distance at the Marina Market and the Black Market (converted warehouses). Ballintemple and Blackrock village, as well as the city centre, offer numerous bars and restaurants.
