Position: Fabrication Welders
We’re looking for skilled Fabrication Welders to join our busy welding and fabrication teams. Successful candidates will work on a diverse range of high-quality projects using modern welding equipment in our advanced manufacturing facility.

Position: Apprentice Welders

Position: Apprentice CNC Operatives
Inishowen Engineering also partners with Donegal ETB to offer CNC machining apprenticeships, which include practical, on-the-job training. Apprenticeships focus on hands-on experience, allowing apprentices to develop practical skills and build strong career foundations. Robotic Welders
Become part of our innovative automation team working with ABB and similar robotic welding systems. We’re looking for candidates with at least 3 years’ experience in robotic welding and a solid understanding of production processes.
Experience with ABB robots is a significant advantage.
Industrial Wet Spray-Painting Operatives
We seek experienced Wet Spray-Painting Operatives with a strong background in coating plant and machinery. You should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a comparable industrial environment and be skilled in all aspects of the wet spray-painting process.
Experience spraying large, fabricated components is a plus.
Manual Shot Blasting Operatives
Ideal candidates will have practical experience in manual shot blasting and/or sandblasting, with at least 3 years’ experience in surface preparation techniques within an industrial setting. A keen eye for detail is essential.
Powder Coating Operatives
We are seeking experienced professionals in both manual and fully automated powder coating systems. This role involves pre-treatment, application, and curing processes. You must possess a strong understanding of powder coating best practices and have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
