A serious collision near Letterkenny has resulted in three people being hospitalised this morning.
The accident, involving a passenger car and a jeep towing a trailer, took place at Rashedoge, Newmills, at approximately 11:20 am. Initial reports suggest that none of the injuries sustained are life-threatening.
The road was temporarily closed to facilitate emergency services, but has reportedly been reopened since.
