Exciting news for music lovers! Talented Gaoth Dobhair singer and songwriter, HannahB, will be featured in an upcoming RTÉ series showcasing her journey to a breakthrough performance.

Hannah McFadden, known professionally as HannahB, is the focus of the second episode of An Ghig Mhór, airing on RTE One on Monday, June 16th at 8pm.

This engaging program delves into the world of aspiring artists as they prepare for their first significant gigs, highlighting the dedication, creativity, and hard work involved.

For the show, HannahB received guidance from fellow Gaoth Dobhair musician Eve Belle Murtagh as she geared up for her performance at The Social last May.

Supported by her Pobalscoil Chloich Cheannfhaola bandmates Ciaran and Cahir Doyle, Darren O’Halloran, and Kyle Warner, Hannah’s debut gig was a resounding success, attracting enthusiastic fans from across the region.

The 21-year-old artist is currently pursuing musical performance studies at Queen’s University Belfast.

Hannah’s highly anticipated new single, Broken Way, will be released on June 10th. Connect with HannahB here: linktr.ee/hannahbmusic
