    The official opening of the newly completed Killybegs Diamond Public Realm and Island House building will take place tomorrow.

    The Killybegs Town Centre Regeneration Project will be inaugurated by Councillor Niamh Kennedy, Cathaoirleach of Donegal County Council. Minister for Sport & Postal Reform, Charlie McConalogue, representing the Department of Rural & Community Development, will also be in attendance.

    “Donegal County Council invites the Killybegs community to join us at Island House on Friday from 12:00pm to explore the new facilities, including the Killybegs Tourism Information Centre, public restrooms, and enterprise development space,” said Cllr Kennedy.

    The Killybegs Town Centre Regeneration Project is co-funded by Donegal County Council and the Department of Rural and Community Development through the Rural Regeneration and Development Fund.
