New tenants are eagerly awaiting the keys to eleven newly built social houses in the Meadow Hill estate, Raphoe, with handover expected in the coming days.
Elected officials from the Lifford-Stranorlar Municipal District recently toured the completed homes. These houses represent the second phase of development in the existing Meadow Hill estate in Raphoe.
Constructed by John O’Donnell Construction Ltd, these energy-efficient homes comprise 1 specially adapted 3-bedroom bungalow and 10 two-story dwellings with 2 bedrooms each.
Enhancements to the estate include resurfacing of the road and the implementation of traffic calming measures, complementing the existing infrastructure.
