Lorry Drivers

The Role:
As a Lorry Driver, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers. This involves the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of both bulk and bagged animal feed, ensuring excellent customer service. Essential duties include performing daily vehicle checks, accurately completing paperwork, and collaborating with the Transport Team to resolve any arising issues.
The Person:
- Must possess a valid HGV Class C licence;
- Must be fully CPC compliant;
- Must possess customer care experience;
- HGV Class E licence is desirable;
- Experience with multi-drop farm deliveries is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, efficient, motivated, and a strong team player. Candidates should possess a good standard of education, be capable of completing accurate documentation, maintain a clean and tidy appearance, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
The standard working pattern is Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to work Saturdays as required. Starting times will vary depending on delivery routes and will involve early morning starts.
