    The Abbey Hotel and the Central Hotel in Donegal Town are set to be hubs of incredible entertainment and hospitality this summer.

    Get ready for a star-studded line-up at the Abbey Hotel’s spectacular Country Music Weekend, from Friday, 11th July to Sunday, 13th July 2025.

    Next month, the Central Hotel will transport you back to the disco era with the ABBA Sensations Live Tribute Concert on Saturday, 16th August 2025.

    Here’s what you need to know:

    Country Music Weekend at Abbey Hotel

    Friday, 11th July – Sunday, 13th July 2025

    The weekend kicks off on Friday, 11th July, with doors opening at 8 PM for an Opening Night Extravaganza. Headlining the night is the legendary Mike Denver, one of Ireland’s biggest country stars. Also taking to the stage will be Jimmy Buckley and Kieran McAree.

    Saturday, 12th July, features a star-studded lineup. Performances by Maeve Farrell, Jack Keogh, Michael English, and Stuart Moyles are set to keep the dance floor full.

    The music continues on Sunday, 13th July 2025, with both afternoon and evening sessions. Patrick Feeney will lead the afternoon dance, which is family-friendly and welcomes all ages, with under 12s going free. Later, Trevor Loughrey will take to the stage to round off the weekend.

    Weekend Packages and Tickets

    A special weekend package is available for €249 per person sharing, including two nights bed and breakfast, admission to all dances, and full access to the hotel leisure centre. You can add Sunday night for just €35 per person sharing.

    For those preferring to pay at the door, admission is €20 for Friday, €20 for Saturday, and €15 for Sunday’s afternoon dance with Patrick Feeney. Remember, kids under 12 go free for the Sunday afternoon dance.

    Relive the magic of one of the world’s most beloved pop groups as ABBA Sensations perform live in concert at the Central Hotel, Donegal Town. This spectacular tribute show is scheduled for Saturday, 16th August at 8.30pm.

    ABBA Sensations promise a night of non-stop hits, dazzling costumes, and unforgettable energy. From “Dancing Queen” to “Mamma Mia,” the show will deliver all the iconic songs you know and love.

    Tickets for ABBA Sensations are priced at €27.50.
