Callum Devine and Noel O’Sullivan have claimed victory in the Wilton Donegal International Rally, marking another impressive win for the team.

The Derry/Killarney duo secured the triumph after a thrilling final stage run through Fanad Head, expertly piloting their Skoda Fabia RS Rally2 to a dominant victory.

Starting the final day with a 20-second lead, Devine cemented their position with a remarkable second run through Fanad, clocking in at 10 minutes and 21.9 seconds.

The final gap between first and second place was 20.5 seconds, with Welsh driver Meirion Evans and Kerry co-driver Ger Conway taking the runner-up spot in their Toyota GR Yaris Rally2 – a repeat of their performance from the previous year.

David Kelly and Arthur Kierans completed the podium, finishing in third place.

Unfortunately, Jon Armstrong from Kesh, along with his co-driver Shane Byrne from Bruckless, saw their rally come to an end at Fanad, despite a valiant effort on Atlantic Drive in their M-Sport Ford Fiesta Rally2.

This victory places Devine and O’Sullivan among the elite group of triple Donegal winners, alongside legends such as the late Manus Kelly, Bertie Fisher, Billy Coleman, and Andrew Nesbitt. Nesbitt continues to hold the record for overall victories with a staggering six titles.

The finish ramp at Mount Errigal awaits the champions this evening for their triumphant return.

Spectator parking for the closing ceremony will be available from 3pm Sunday on the Neill T Blaney Road, opposite the Letterkenny Public Services Centre.
