Gardaí are seeking public assistance following a burglary in Killybegs.

The burglary occurred on Wednesday, May 28th, between 3:20 PM and 3:30 PM in the Tullidon area.

Entry to the residence was gained by smashing a rear window. While a bedroom inside was ransacked, it appears nothing was taken.

Gardaí suspect the intruder(s) may have been interrupted.

A Garda spokesperson stated: “We are appealing to anyone who was in the Tullidon area between 3 PM and 4 PM and who may have dash-cam footage to provide it to Gardaí investigating this incident. Additionally, we ask anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity, vehicles, or individuals in the vicinity to contact Gardaí at Ballyshannon Garda Station at 071-9858530.”
