Monsignor William McLaughlin, affectionately known as Fr. Billy, ‘Ad Fines Terrae’, of Ardagh, Ballyliffin, has passed away peacefully at the Nazareth House, Fahan. Msgr. McLaughlin was 90 years old. Originally from Lewis Street in Rosemount, Derry, he had resided in Inishowen for several years.
