This year’s Hajj in Saudi Arabia saw the lowest number of pilgrims in 30 years, excluding the Covid-19 pandemic period, according to figures released on Thursday. After two decades of painting professionally abroad, Letterkenny’s own Sinead Gallagher is returning to Donegal to present her inaugural solo exhibition in the county. The abstract expressionist painting exhibition, titled ‘Home Shores,’ will be held this September at the historic Lifford Old Courthouse.
