A young Cork man has been ordered to donate to charity after being abusive to security personnel and Gardaí outside a Letterkenny nightclub during a rally weekend event. Christopher Cremin faced charges at Letterkenny District Court for being intoxicated and using offensive language. The incident occurred at Pulse Nightclub in Letterkenny on Sunday, June 22nd. Garda Sergeant Jim Collins informed the court that Cremin, 27, was intoxicated and verbally abused Gardaí and door staff who were attempting to de-escalate a situation at 1:05 AM on Sunday morning. Iran has launched missile attacks on a US military base in Qatar, retaliating for the American bombing of its nuclear sites and escalating tensions in the volatile region.
