A coach carrying passengers from Denmark to Austria veered off a road in northern Germany and overturned, resulting in injuries to over 20 individuals, one of whom is seriously hurt. Police reported that the Flixbus-operated coach left the motorway in the early hours near Robel, a city located approximately 85 miles north of Berlin. Overnight, Kyiv was targeted by a massive wave of drone and missile attacks, the largest aerial assault since the beginning of Russia’s war in Ukraine. The attacks resulted in 23 injuries and damage across several districts of the city. According to the Ukrainian air force, Russia launched 550 drones and missiles at Ukraine overnight. The Government has ruled out a cost-of-living package for households facing soaring food bills, high energy costs and elevated mortgage rates despite another surge in corporation tax receipts.
