    Termon experienced a heartbreaking defeat in today’s Comórtas Peile na Gaeltachta senior final, squandering a commanding 13-point advantage.

    Bhulf Tón ultimately secured victory by three points in Rath Chairn, located in the Meath Gaeltacht.

    The Donegal champions held a significant lead of 2-8 to 0-6 at halftime, fueled by two goals from Padraig Ó Fágain and five points from Dáire Mac Daibhe.

    Mac Daibhe further extended Termon’s lead with a penalty goal, putting them ahead 3-12 to 0-8 after 47 minutes of play.

    However, a dramatic shift saw them outscored 2-10 to 0-0 in the final 15 minutes. Points from Caolan Mac a Bhaird and Kyle Ó Móráin, complemented by a goal from Fiachra Mac a Bhaird, narrowed the deficit to four.

    Oisin Ó Mairtín then leveled the score with a crucial goal, and Bhulf Tón capitalized by adding three more points in added time, sealing a painful loss for Termon.
