Donegal Gardaí are advising the public to take precautions to prevent vehicle theft.
With the summer season in full swing, and more people out enjoying leisure time and good weather, the risk of theft increases.
To help deter thieves, Gardaí recommend the following simple preventative measures:
Gardaí advise that valuables should ideally be left at home or taken with you when exiting your vehicle.
Members of the public are also encouraged to report any suspicious behaviour to Gardaí without delay.
