    327-acre Westmeath farm makes almost €8m under the hammer

    Some of the quality pasture of the 327-acre farm sold at auction at Annascannon, Co Westmeath.

    On Friday, June 27, a 327-acre farm in Co. Westmeath – previously featured on June 3 – was auctioned at the Greville Arms Hotel in Mullingar for €7.96 million. This significant sale was a joint effort by REA Thomas Potterton, based in Trim, and James L Murtagh, located in Mullingar.

    The Annascannon farm, situated near Killucan village, was offered in three separate lots as well as the entire holding.
