A partially subterranean pod located in southwest Donegal has been granted retention permission by planners.
Gary Keegan applied to retain the existing grass-roofed structure, which overlooks a lake at Croaghacullion, Glencolmcille.
Donegal County Council planners approved the application, issuing permission under several conditions. One key condition stipulates that the pod can only be used for domestic purposes in association with the nearby holiday cottage.
