A planning application has been submitted for a development of 35 new homes, including houses and apartments, in south Donegal.
Eamon McNulty is seeking approval from Donegal County Council for the proposed development at Camp Lane, Coolcholly, Ballyshannon.
The proposed development includes 16 two-bedroom apartments and 14 three-bedroom houses, alongside an open green space and a children’s playground.
Donegal County Council is expected to reach a decision on the application by the end of August.
