Finn Harps’ knack for draws continues, as they played out a goalless match against Athlone Town this evening.

Despite dominating possession and creating several opportunities, Kevin McHugh’s team were unable to find the back of the net.

Manager McHugh expressed the need for a striker in the upcoming transfer window, a signing that could prove crucial for the team.

Finn Harps are currently only one point ahead of bottom-placed Athlone, having drawn seven of their 18 matches and won just three.

    The challenges don’t stop here.

They face a tough test next Monday, hosting league leaders Dundalk at Finn Park.
