Lough Swilly Ferry services are suspended for today due to severe weather conditions.
Several yellow wind and rain warnings are in effect across Donegal as Storm Floris arrives, with the potential for localized floods, lightning damage, and power outages.
“We even brought our M.V. Coll up from Burtonport in an attempt to maintain service, but the weather conditions have prevented us from doing so,” a ferry representative stated.
“Your safety remains our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding during this stormy Bank Holiday. Please stay safe and dry, and we anticipate resuming normal service tomorrow.”
