Brian Gleeson Property is offering a desirable 45-acre parcel of land for sale in a productive area of County Waterford, attracting significant interest.

Located in the Carrickarea townland, the property is conveniently situated just east of Lemybrien village and the main N25 Cork-Wexford road.

“We are thrilled to present this fertile land for sale in the beautiful and scenic Carrickarea,” states Mr. Gleeson. “This is a chance to obtain 40 acres of high-quality agricultural land.”

Including five acres of forestry, the majority of the property is grassland in excellent condition. Its location, easily accessible via the N25, makes it suitable for various agricultural pursuits, including use as an outlying farm.

The coastal village of Stradbally is located 5km to the south. Dungarvan is 17km away, and Waterford City is approximately 30km away.

“This land holding offers a unique opportunity for ambitious dairy and beef farmers to expand their land base for quality silage production,” Mr. Gleeson explains. “We anticipate broad appeal among potential buyers.”

The farm is undoubtedly appealing, attracting multiple offers. Priced at €500,000 (€11,000 per acre), the agent confirms that it is currently under offer.
